【诗人简介】元稹（779年－831年），字微之，河南府河南县（今河南省洛阳市）人，拓跋什翼犍第八子彭城王拓跋力真的后代，隋朝兵部尚书、益州总管长史、平昌郡公元岩六世孙。父元宽，母郑氏。早年和白居易共同提倡“新乐府”。世人常把他和白居易并称“元白”，两人的诗风，是为元白体。
【诗译者简介】郁序新，诗人，翻译，美国《新文学》编委会成员。他的英文笔名Tulip,西班牙文笔名Juliotulipan，苏州恒丰进出口有限公司的元老兼业务经理。业余爱好写诗翻译诗书法，已在一些诗歌网站注册成员，如新浪博客、中国诗歌在线、中国诗歌、诗歌周刊、中国微型诗歌，以及海外诗歌，All Poetry, Poem Hunter ,并发表刊登过许多作品。写诗译诗啥也不图，只为生活充实,有一个属于自己的另一个精神领域,另一个心灵独白的天地。
菊花

不是花中偏爱菊，此花开尽更无花。

The chrysanth-clumped house as Tao Yuanming Land，
I admire around the fence while sun inclines;
Not for the king of flowers is chrysanth ,
Yet no more flowers thrive when it declines.
Remark: Tao Yuanming Land means the garden of a poet by name of Tao Yuanming, who is the famous idylist in East Jing Dynasty.
