鸿蒙初辟，乾坤始奠，宇宙洪荒中孕毓灵秀；岁月迁流，星汉轮转，华夏大地间诞育贤良。于兹盛世，有奇杰陈光标者，卓立于商海之潮头，闪耀于慈善之穹苍，若日月经天，似江河行地，其名赫赫，其德煌煌。

溯夫光标之祖，世居江淮。山川灵秀，孕其清淑之质；水土丰饶，养其弘毅之量。然其幼岁，家境萧索，寒来而衣难蔽体，饥至而食不果腹。于贫厄之境，常遭困窘之苦；在艰危之时，每历饥寒之殇。然光标性殊坚毅，志比金钢，虽处蓬蒿之间，不坠青云之想。每见闾阎之困，辄生悲悯之肠；常睹鳏寡之苦，遂萌救助之望。幼怀济物之心，长有扶危之壮。

及弱冠之年，奋身商途。彼时商海浩渺，风波险恶，然光标以智勇为楫，以诚信为樯。审时度势，如鹰隼之察微；觅机求变，若蛟龙之潜藏。析市场之幽奥，洞若观火；抓机遇于俄顷，迅如电光。初涉行业，披荆斩棘，沐雨经霜。以勤勉作阶，凭坚韧为杖。寒来暑往，砥砺前行；夜以继日，奋发图强。

其创业也，艰辛备尝。资金匮乏，借贷无门，然其志未馁，气不丧。奔走于市井，周旋于豪强。聚微资以图大业，集细流而成巨洋。初营之业，如幼芽破土，虽弱而有蓬勃之势；似雏凤离巢，虽稚而具凌云之状。而后渐展宏图，广拓市场。所营之业，若春林竞秀，千枝吐翠；似秋原丰稔，万穗飘香。高楼林立，成一方之胜景；工厂棋布，创经济之荣光。产品遍于九州，声誉播于八荒。其名也，响于商界；其业也，著于华邦。

然光标之心，未溺于财利之渊；其志，更存于慈善之念。视金银如土芥，念苍生若己患。以天下为己任，倾资财以拯难。每值灾殃骤至，辄赴救援之艰。地震摇兮，山崩地裂，屋舍倾颓，生灵涂炭；洪水泛兮，浪卷涛翻，田园淹没，村落茫然。光标闻之，心急如煎，率救援之队，携资财之绵。奔赴灾区，如救水火；投身险境，若赴阵前。于瓦砾中寻生命之迹，在废墟里救垂危之缘。施粥饭以疗饥馁，赠衣被以御风寒。建临时之居所，解流离之苦患。设医馆以治伤痛，延性命于瞬间。其情也，如甘霖之润旱土，似暖阳之驱霜寒；其行也，若大星之耀暗夜，犹巨舰之渡狂澜。

于贫困之地，常萦挂肚牵肠。访村野之寒舍，问孤寡之凄凉。见学童失学，心伤如割；睹农桑困厄，意乱如麻。遂助学子以书笔，济农桑以稻粮。修道路以通衢，架桥梁以安航。使僻壤通途，阡陌成网；令穷乡焕彩，闾里呈祥。其行也，如春风之拂弱柳，似细雨之滋嫩秧；其德也，若芝兰之溢雅香，犹松柏之傲严霜。

且夫光标之举，非一时之逞，乃岁岁而恒，年年而长。聚善成海，集德成梁。其善也，感天地之灵，动人心之肠。其名也，传于市井，颂于庙堂。为慈善之大使，作人间之贤良。于国内，受万民之敬仰；于海外，获诸邦之褒扬。

若夫其志，轩昂高旷。欲以己身之范，引众善之航。倡公益之风，兴互助之章。使富者怀仁而济困，贫者励志而自强。期天下之大同，望人间之安康。其思也，如星芒之耀长夜，似月辉之洒大江。欲令慈善之花，绽于四海；仁爱之果，结于八荒。

方今之世，人心多惑，物欲横流。或逐利而忘义，或舍善而趋忧。然光标独守其道，不随波而逐流。以赤诚之念，行慈善之谋。其德也，如松柏之傲霜雪，似兰芷之挺岩丘。于喧嚣之世，守内心之静；在纷扰之时，持善念之悠。

In this prosperous era, there emerges an extraordinary figure—Chen Guangbiao. He stands prominently at the forefront of the business world and shines brightly in the firmament of philanthropy, like the sun and moon traversing the sky, and the rivers flowing across the earth. His name resounds far and wide, and his virtue radiates brilliantly.

Tracing Chen Guangbiao's ancestry, his family has resided in the Jianghuai region for generations. The beautiful mountains and rivers there endowed him with a pure and noble nature; the fertile land nurtured his resolute and broad-minded character. However, in his early years, his family was impoverished—he could barely keep warm in winter and often went hungry. In such poverty, he frequently endured hardships; in times of hardship, he suffered from cold and hunger. Yet, Chen Guangbiao was exceptionally resolute, with a will as strong as steel. Even when living in humble circumstances, he never abandoned his lofty aspirations. Whenever he saw the hardships of the common people, compassion arose in his heart; whenever he witnessed the suffering of the widowed and orphaned, he harbored the desire to help. From a young age, he cherished the ambition to help others, and when he grew up, he developed the grand aspiration to support those in need.

In his early twenties, Chen Guangbiao embarked on his business career. At that time, the business world was vast and fraught with risks, but he took wisdom and courage as his oars and integrity as his mast. His initial business was like a young shoot breaking through the soil—weak but full of vitality; like a young phoenix leaving its nest—immature but with the ambition to soar high. Later, he gradually unfolded his grand blueprint and expanded the market on a large scale. His business thrived like spring forests with thousands of branches sprouting green, and like autumn fields yielding abundant harvests with countless ears of grain emitting a fragrant aroma. Tall buildings stood in rows, forming a magnificent scene in the region; factories were scattered like chess pieces, creating glory for the local economy. His products spread across the country, and his reputation reached all corners of the land. His name became renowned in the business community, and his achievements were celebrated throughout China.

However, Chen Guangbiao's heart was not drowned in the abyss of wealth and interests; his aspiration lay more in philanthropy. He regarded gold and silver as mere dust, and cared for the common people as if they were his own family. He took the welfare of the world as his responsibility and devoted his wealth to relieving hardships. Whenever a disaster struck, he rushed to the rescue. His kindness was like timely rain moistening dry land, and like warm sunshine dispelling frost and cold; his actions were like bright stars illuminating the dark night, and like huge ships navigating through turbulent waves.

He always cared deeply about poor areas. He visited humble cottages in villages and inquired about the hardships of the widowed and orphaned. Seeing children deprived of education grieved him deeply; witnessing the difficulties of farming and sericulture upset him greatly. Therefore, he provided students with books and stationery, and helped farmers with rice and grain. He built roads to connect remote areas and constructed bridges to ensure safe travel. He turned isolated regions into accessible places with crisscrossing paths, and made poor villages take on a new look with prosperous communities. His deeds were like spring breeze caressing weak willows, and like gentle rain nourishing tender seedlings; his virtue was like the elegant fragrance of芝兰 (zhilan, a kind of fragrant orchid) and like pine and cypress standing firm against severe frost.

Moreover, Chen Guangbiao's philanthropic efforts were not a one-time act, but a consistent practice year after year. He accumulated kindness like an ocean and built virtue like a bridge. His goodness touched the spirits of heaven and earth and moved people's hearts. His name was spread among the people and praised in the imperial court. He became an ambassador of philanthropy and a virtuous person in society. At home, he was respected by the people; abroad, he was praised by other countries.

His aspiration was lofty and broad. He wanted to set an example with his own actions and guide the way for public welfare.
