柳丝垂落的弧线便成了时间的睫毛
暮色的瞳孔里
桥洞是古砚台洇开的墨痕
晕染出远山的轮廓——
那是无数个从前叠成的雾障
灯笼上的花纹突然有了心跳
烛火纸页间跳着傩舞
水面的涟漪是被惊动的音阶
沿着河流的掌纹
一路弹到月亮的弦上
廊下铜铃风里轻叩
惊起三两片遗忘的时光
她的发带肩头飘成白色的支流
将灯盏的光
织进涟漪的经纬里
莲灯载着烛火离岸
所有的波纹都成了邮差
递送着穿越生死的絮语
而她垂眸的姿态
岁月里最柔软的那道折痕
夜色渐深时
石桥雾中化作旧笺

Ripples on the water are startled musical notes,
Following the palm lines of the river,
Leaping all the way to the strings of the moon.
Bronze bells under the corridor tap softly in the wind,
Stirring up two or three fragments of forgotten time.
Her hair ribbon drifts over her shoulder like a white tributary,
Weaving the lantern’s light
Into the warp and weft of the ripples.
The lotus lantern, carrying its candle, leaves the shore;
All ripples turn into messengers,
Delivering whispers that cross life and death.
Yet her gaze, lowered gently,
Is the softest crease in the fabric of years.
As night deepens,
The stone bridge fades into an old letter in the mist;
Only lantern shadows wander on the water—
Like a letter sent to those who’ve passed,
Its postmark the moonlight crumpled by the wind,
And the lotus warmth lingering on her fingertips.
The river lantern drifts farther and farther;
Where water meets sky,
It melts into a throbbing star.
But she remains on the bank,
