彭炜，柳岸花，男，1979年12月出生，陕西省泾阳县人，西北政法学院法学专业毕业，泾阳县公安局民警，平时喜欢研读古诗词及汉语言文学，工作之余粗浅创作，在南京头条诗刊发表古体诗三首！
A Brief Introduction to the Writer
Peng Wei, also known by the pen name Liu'an Hua, male, was born in December 1979 in Jingyang County, Shaanxi Province. He graduated from the Northwest University of Political Science and Law with a major in Law and currently serves as a police officer at the Jingyang County Public Security Bureau.
In his spare time, he enjoys studying ancient Chinese poetry and Chinese language and literature, and engages in literary creation on a casual basis. He has published three classical-style poems in the Nanjing Headlines Poetry Journal.
