小草

文与英译/盛坤

我漫步在人行路上

看见路边的石头缝里

冒出了蒲公英

开出的小黄花

笑脸迎着阳光

在砂石混着沥青的路边

甚至不怕人的

足踏和车轮碾压

裂缝里竟然能长出小草

还探出头来东张西望

在他们的出生地

几乎没有什么土壤

我不得不叹服：

他们哪来的这股子劲头

让它们如此顽强？！

Grass

I walk on the sidewalk

I saw it in a crack in the stone on the side of the road

Dandelions come out

with little yellow flowers

The smiling face faced the sun.

On the gravel road

Not even afraid of 

being trampled and crushed

Grass can grow in the crevices

They held out their heads and looked around.

In their birthplace 

where there is hardly any soil

I have to sigh:

Where does this power come from  

What makes them so tenacious?!
