Wake up a River
By Jinghao (UK)
Modified by WU weixiong (China)
Recited by Mary both in Chinese and English (Hong Kong, China)
Seeing injustice on the road, and then drawing a knife to help
Is a Chinese traditional virtue
Like water gurgling over mountains and through ravines
Passing on since ancient times.
To act bravely for a just cause sometimes meets the cold wave
As a river that has been flowing for five thousand years
