李 垠，女，彝族，1997年毕业于云南艺术学院。2008年，曾在上海戏剧学院戏剧系进修一年。1997年12月参加工作，2006年加入中国共产党，国家一级编剧。中国少数民族戏剧学会会员，云南省戏剧家协会理事，云南音乐文学学会会员，楚雄州评论家协会会员，现为楚雄彝族自治州民族艺术剧院创作中心编剧，楚雄州戏剧曲艺家协会副主席。获楚雄州第六批“中青年学科带头人”称号、楚雄州第三批“彝乡文化名家”称号。
Li Yin, female, Yi nationality, graduated from Yunnan Art Academy in 1997. In 2008, she studied in the Drama Department of Shanghai Theatre Academy for one year. In December 1997, she joined the CPC in 2006. She is a member of Chinese Minority Drama Association, director of Yunnan Dramatists Association, member of Yunnan Music and Literature Association, and member of Chuxiong Critics Association. She is currently a scriptwriter of Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture National Art Theater Creation Center, and vice chairman of Chuxiong Prefecture Drama and Songwriters Association. She was awarded the sixth batch of "Young and middle-aged Academic Leaders" and the third batch of "Cultural Masters of Yi Township" in Chuxiong Prefecture.
