待卿迟暮

待卿迟暮两鬓斑，倦依炉火意阑珊。

闲取诗书细细品，明眸善睐忆流年。

轻云蔽月众生醉，痴狂虚情相见欢。

唯吾爱卿圣洁貌，何惜秋纹满颓颜。

洗尽铅尘呢喃诉，情谊逡巡步群山。

When you are old and grey and full of sleep, 当你老了，头发花白，睡意沉沉，

And nodding by the fire，take down this book, 倦坐在炉边，取下这本书来，

加州客栈

日落通衢尽狂沙，加州城外有酒家。

凉风拂面吹我发，烤烟香飘醉欲麻。

灯火微透窗棂下，今宵客栈暂歇马。

佳人倚门笑相迎，娉娉袅袅最娴雅。

远方圣殿传歌声，天堂冥界信难名。

不知此地是何处，心底惴惴正怔营。

佳人秉烛为引路，画廊迂回且漫步。

忽闻客房人不寐，低语似在嘤嘤诉。

加州客栈诚待君，和美温馨且乐群。

一年三百六十日，日日情真意殷殷。

名车珍宝美少年，婆娑舞姿正翩翩。

香汗淋漓罗裙湿，繁华往事散成烟。

我唤店家上好酒，当年佳酿今未有。

客官只需图一乐，莫管白云变苍狗。

又闻歌声传幔帏，加州客栈待君归。

地亦留人人亦醉，魅影蹁跹久不违。

身在樊笼皆自愿，豪宴香槟尽相劝。

On a dark desert highway, cool wind in my hair

黄昏里的沙漠公路上,凉风掠过我的头发

Warm smell of colitas, rising up through the air

大麻的气味,从空气中窜起

Up ahead in the distance, I saw a shimmering light

不远处的前方,我看见了一抹光芒

My head grew heavy and my sight grew dim

I had to stop for the night

我不得不停车过夜

There she stood in the doorway;

Then she lit up a candle and she showed me the way

"无论何年何月,你都能在这里找到它"

Her mind is Tiffany-twisted, she got the Mercedes benz

她脑子里充斥着蒂芙尼(名牌饰品),她也得到了梅赛德斯奔驰

She got a lot of pretty, pretty boys, that she calls friends

她有诸多的花美男,被她称作朋友

How they dance in the courtyard, sweet summer sweat.

他们在院子里这样地起舞,挥洒这甜蜜夏日的汗水

Some dance to remember, some dance to forget

有些人起舞是为了怀念,有些人是为了忘却

So I called up the Captain, "Please bring me my wine"

我叫住一个服务员,"请给我拿些烈酒"

He said, 'We haven't had that spirit here since 1969'

他说,"从1969年开始这里没有这玩意了"

And still those voices are calling from far away,

远处仍传来那些声响

Wake you up in the middle of the night

半夜里可以把你吵醒

Just to hear them say...

只听到他们说...

Such a lovely place, Such a lovely face

他们在加州旅馆纵情

What a nice surprise, bring your alibis"

多么美丽的惊喜,给你这些借口

Mirrors on the ceiling, The pink champagne on ice

(望着)天花板上一面面镜子,(看着)加冰的粉色香槟

And she said 'We are all just prisoners here, of our own device'

这时她说道:"我们是自己的囚徒"

And in the master's chambers, They gathered for the feast

在(命运)主宰者的屋子里,他们聚在一起享用盛宴

They stab it with their steely knives,

他们挥着刀叉(餐具)刺中了它

But they just can't kill the beast

但是他们无法扼杀心中恶魔

Last thing I remember, I was running for the door

我记得最后一件事,我跑向门口

I had to find the passage back to the place I was before

我不得不去找通往我来时的地方的通道

'Relax,' said the night-man," We are programmed to receive.

"别紧张"看门人说道,我们接受命运驱使

You can checkout any time you like,

你可以在任何时间退场如果你想

but you can never leave!"
