       我是中国的一位高中生，现在正坐在高考的考场里参加高考，看到作文的材料后我决定给您写封信。作文的要求是阅读材料后自拟题目写作，材料是1917年4月，毛泽东在《新青年》发表《体育之研究》一文，其中论及“体育之效”时的一段论述。我觉得你应该在百忙之中读一读，我们交流一下，下面我先陈述我的观点。

        毛泽东主席你应该知道吧？你们有好多机构研究他，也有好多人崇拜他。是的，他是政治家、军事家、思想家、哲学家，他是我们的开国领袖，他很讲究辩证法，写这篇文章时他二十四岁，他的这段论述里就很有辩证法在里面，说人的身体天天在变化，强者滥用其强可变弱，弱者坚持锻炼可增强，强者不必喜，弱者不必悲，生而弱者或是天之诱我至于强。你不觉得这段论述特别符合现在中美两国的现实情况吗？

        美国是慢慢变弱的强国。美国是当今世界第一大强国，也是唯一强国。美国建国二百余年，建国之初也是弱国，那时候的英法德意奥日大概都较美国强大，美国依靠自己的地缘优势，勇敢冒险的性格，务实灵活的国际交往原则，很快就成为了强国。这多像毛泽东论述的体弱的人加强体育锻炼就成了强者。那美国今天为什么出现了慢慢变弱的颓相呢？那就是毛泽东说的强者滥用其强，现在的美国携世界第一强国的威势，到处争夺资源，输出价值观，四处屯兵，穷兵黩武，而置国内民众疾苦而不顾，就是滥用其强，这些做法杀敌一千自损八百，极大地损害了美国的强大而导致逐渐变弱。

       中国是慢慢变强的弱国。中国是弱国，解放前是半殖民地半封建社会，建国七十多年，特别是改革开放四十多年以来，中国人民以自己的勤劳勇敢创造了伟大的奇迹，站起来、富起来、强起来的世界奇迹，从而屹立于世界东方。中国的经验就是练内功，办好自己的事，不管世界风云如何变幻，中国就是一心一意谋发展，不折腾搞经济。改革开放学习别国的经验，与邻为善创造发展经济的和平环境，从不诉诸武力，避免参与战争。这就是毛泽东论述的弱者如果勤自锻炼，增益其所不能，久之也会变而为强。但是，中国还不是很强，和美国相比还有很大的差距，还需努力锻炼，美国不必为此忧心仲仲，杞人忧天。

        美国从来就是追求独强，从来就是打压后来者，你们先后打垮了四个世界老二:英国、苏联、日本、欧盟，维持了自己的霸主地位。你们现在矛头又指向了我们，打压中国。因为最新数据显示中国已经超过美国GDP的70%，据经济学家预测，最晚到2028年，中国就能在经济上超过美国。你们心里不舒服，想利用这七八年的时间，采取各种手段打压中国。但是，你要知道我们中国文化博大精深，伟人智者辈出，我们不同于前面那几个老二，我们的绝招在于毛泽东论述的练内功，我们坚持用制造业和实体经济说话，用实力说话。我们坚持四个自信，无惧瓦解骗术。我们坚持独立自主，坚决维护国家主权，维护国家统一和民族团结。我们有优势，我们自信，我们不会被任何敌对势力压垮，反而会愈战愈强，发出中国的声音，提出中国的方案，为世界走向更加光明的未来，做出中国的贡献。

       拜登先生，打压别人就是强者滥用其强，会损害自己的身体，有可能受内伤变弱。我祝愿你们国家强者愈强，办法就是心胸豁达，与邻为善和平发展，让世界多极化发展，让世界变得丰富多彩和谐美好。
