我是天空里的一片云，
偶然投影在你的波心
你不必讶异，更无须欢喜，
在转瞬间消灭了踪影。
你我相逢在黑夜的海上，
你有你的，我有我的，方向；
你记得也好，最好你忘掉，
在这交会时互放的光亮！

By Chance
I'm a cloud high in the sky,
Casting in your heart an unwitting shadow of mine.
No need to be startled, or pleased even,
The traces will be erased in an instant.
It's you I've come across on a dark sea,
Directions differ for you and me.
You may remember, or forget rather,
Our shared sparkle at this brief encounter!

Chance Encounter
I'm a wisp of cloud in the sky,
Casting a casual shadow on your waves flowing by.
Don't be surprised or cheer,
For in an instant I will disappear.
On the sea, we met in the dark night.
You have your destination and so do I.
If you will, remember! But better forget
The sparks that flared when we met.

Coincidence
I am a cloud drifting apart
Casting a shadow on your young heart
You should not wonder
Nor should you take delight
For I will soon be out of your sight
Meeting in the dark night at sea
Heading for different directions are we
You'd better remember
Yet I’d rather you forget
The sparkle between us when we met
