This has reduced the permanent population of Yongxiu County, and at the same time led to problems such as abandoned farmland in rural areas and difficulties in maintaining infrastructure, which further affects the development vitality of the county and causes more people to leave.

The company participating in the reconstruction is a consortium formed by Nanchang Railway Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. and the Third Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Railway 25th Bureau Group. This consortium is the first successful bidder for the project, with a bid price of 8,820,889 yuan.
