Agreement)’와 ‘IO-WGCA헌법’ 및 관련법률에 의하여 국제공무수행을 하도록 상호 합의 후 서명한
국제협약이다.

本协议书在尊重‘Party A‘和’Party B’及各个参与国家的自国法的范围内，根据‘ICC规则’, ‘NCNDA

Fee Protection Agreement)’和 ‘IO-WGCA宪法’及法律，为执行国际公务双方一致达成共识并签定的
协议。

1. The parties to the agreement shall cooperate each other to practice of the purpose projects
1~43 of apostilled IO-WGCA Constitution in all areas of the 'Party A' and 'Party B'.
- 'Party A' and 'Party B' should cooperate each other in accordance with international law for the
IO-WGCA’s constitutional purpose businesses(Item 1~43) of the attached Apostille document.
1. 아포스티유된 IO-WGCA 헌법상 목적사업 1~43항 실천에 대하여 Party A와 Party B는
국제법에 따라 상호 협력한다.
1. 对实践，完成ａｐｏｓｔｉｌｌｅ的IO-WGCA宪法规定的目的事业１～４３项，根据国际法‘Party A’， ‘Party B’及参与国家相互协力。
2. ‘Party A’ and ‘Party B’will support and cooperate each other after consultation on the
customs and customs clearance of technology and goods passed international green
certification of IO-WGCA IGC to practice duty of the green technology products.
2. ‘Party A’와 ‘Party B’는 녹색기술상품실천 책무를 위하여 IO-WGCA 국제녹색인증 (IO-WGCA
IGC)을 통과한 기술 및 상품에 대한 세관, 통관 업무에 관하여 협의 후 지원과 협조를 한다.
2. ‘Party A’和 ‘Party B’为了实践绿色科技商品的义务，对通过IO-WGCA国际绿色认证(IO-WGCA IGC)的技术及商品的海关，通关业务，经过协商进行支援与协助。
3. ‘Party A’ and ‘Party B’will support and cooperate each other in registration of international
green technology and product verification, certification, qualification, visitation and special
security operations(IO-WGCA constitutional purpose business Article 34), and registration
and operation of relevant field of educational institution.
3. ‘Party A’와 ‘Party B’는 국제녹색기술.상품 검증, 국제녹색기술.상품 인증, 국제녹색자격 인증
등의 등록 및 기후환경INTERPOL, 국제감찰, 특수경호 업무(IO-WGCA 헌법상 목적사업
37항)에 쌍방 협조하며, 동 해당분야 교육기관 등록과 운영에 대하여 상호 협력한다.
3. ‘Party A’和 ‘Party B’ 双方协助进行国际绿色技术商品验证，国际绿色技术商品认证，国际绿色资格认证等的登记及气候环境INTERPOL, 国际监察，特殊警卫业务(IO-WGCA宪法规定目的事业37项)，相互协力进行对同相关领域的教育机关的登记和运营。
4. ‘Party A’ and ‘Party B’ will support and cooperate each other in public service support of
international green education about green climate environment.
- The international green education service includes the degree of university and graduate
school, tangible and intangible certifications, and international appraisal on cultural, artistic and
sports.
4. ‘Party A’와 ‘Party B’는 녹색 기후환경에 관한 국제녹색교육 업무의 공무지원에 대하여
협조한다.
- 국제녹색교육업무는 대학.대학원 및 경찰대(기후환경 산악, 기후환경 산림, 해양) 학위,
유.무형 자격증, 문화예술에 대한 국제감정까지 포괄한다.
4. ‘Party A’和 ‘Party B’协助，有关气候环境的国际绿色教育业务的公务支援。
-国际绿色教育业务还包括，对大学.大学院及警察大学（气候环境山岳，气候环境森林，海洋）学位，有.无形资格证，文化艺术的国际鉴定。
5. ‘Party A’ and ‘Party B’ will support nationally and cooperate each other in registration of
CERs exchange and futures exchanges of international green technology, product and
enterprise that have passed the verification and certification of IO-WGCA including national
affairs by continent
5. ‘Party A’와 ‘Party B’는 IO-WGCA국제녹색검증,인증 (IO-WGCA IGC)을 통과한 국제녹색기술,
상품, 기업에 대한 선물거래소, 탄소 배출권 거래소 등록을 국가적으로 지원하며, 이는 동
대륙별 국가업무도 포함한다.
5. ‘Party A’和 ‘Party B’对通过IO-WGCA国际绿色验证，认证 (IO-WGCA IGC)的国际绿色技术，商品，企业的期货交易所，碳排放限额交易所的登记进行国家性支援，包括同各大陆的国际业务。
6. ‘Party A’ and ‘Party B’ will support and cooperate each other to official service of
international financial transaction service and operation of international funds such as
international green fund, electric money, Blockchain etc., by global bank of IO-WGCA.
6. ‘Party A’와 ‘Party B’는 IO-WGCA GLOBAL BANK를 통한 국제녹색펀드, 전자화폐, 블록체인 등
국제 금융 업무와 국제자금 운영의 공무지원에 협조한다.
6. ‘Party A’和 ‘Party B’通过IO-WGCA GLOBAL BANK的国际绿色基金，电子货币, 区块链等国际金融业务和国际资金的运营及公务支援进行协助。
7. ‘Party A’ and ‘Party B’ will support and cooperate each other in operation service of IOWGCA membership card(International qualifications by all areas)
7. ‘Party A’와 ‘Party B’는 IO-WGCA 멤버쉽카드(모든 분야별 국제자격분야) 운영업무에 협조한다.
7. ‘Party A’和 ‘Party B’ 对IO-WGCA的会员卡（所有领域的国家资格分野）运营业务进行协助。
8. ‘Party A’ and ‘Party B’ will support and cooperate each other in registration service of
international administrative notification duty of verification and certification personnel
dispatched to local government for international green product verification and
certification (IO-WGCA IGC), and world consumers who use international green company,
technology and product.
8. ‘Party A’와 ‘Party B’는 IO-WGCA 국제녹색기술 및 녹색상품 검증.인증(IO-WGCA IGC)을
위하여 지방정부에 파견된 검증위원 들에 대한 지원과 국제녹색 기업, 기술, 상품을 이용하는
전 세계 소비자들을 위한 국제 행정고지 의무 등록 업무에 상호협조 한다.
8. ‘Party A’와 ‘Party B’ 对为了IO-WGCA国际绿色技术及商品验证，认证 (IO-WGCA IGC)而派遣
到地方政府的验证委员们支援和 为了支援和使用国际绿色企业，技术，商品的全世界消费者们相互协助进行国际行政通知义务登记业务。
9. ‘Party B’ will recognize the status of ‘Party A’ officials who perform official duty as
international organization officials who are issued a diplomatic immunity card (including tax
exemption) according to international law, and whose stay is guaranteed during the public
service.
9. ‘Party B’는 ‘Party A’의 국제기구 사무국 공무수행을 위한 근무자들에 대하여 국제공무원
으로서의 지위를 인정하고 국제법에 따라 외교면책카드(면세 포함) 발급과 공무수행기간 동안
체류기간 보장 등을 협조한다.
9. ‘Party B’对 ‘Party A’国际机构办事处执行公务的办公人员们给予作为国际公务员的地位和认可，并按国际法协助发行外交豁免卡（包括免税）和保证滞留期。
10. 중국정부 공증 로펌과 국제협약시 전 세계에 있는 IO-WGCA와 등록된 국가 등 국제협력된
국제로펌 2만개와 국가안보위윈회소속 법률기관등과 국제공조 협력하여 IO- WGCA
헌법목적사업 제37조를 실천한다.
10. 中国公证律师事务所和国际协议时在世界各地。与IO-WGCA和注册的国家等2万家国际律师 事务所和国家安保委员会, 所属法律机构合作, 实践 IO-WGCA宪法目的事业第37条。
11. All countries participating in the agreement will support to build local e-government and
educational institution support service and IT, ITS supporting public service.
11. 지방정부의 전자정부 구축과 이를 위한 지역별 교육기관 지원업무 및 IT, ITS 지원 공무에
협력한다.
11. 为了地方政府的电子政府建立和为此的各地方教育机关的支援业务及 IT, ITS支援业务进行协助。
12. ‘Party A’ and ‘Party B’ will support and cooperate each other in supporting service of the
international green technology and product such as multimedia field, light of the sun and
solar energy etc.
12. 멀티 미디어 분야, 태양광, 태양열 등 녹색에너지 자원에 대하여 국제녹색 기술, 상품지원
업무에 협력한다.
12. 对多媒体领域，太阳光，太阳能等绿色能源支援协力进行国际绿色技术, 商品支援业务。
13. ‘Party A’ and ‘Party B’ will support and cooperate each other in globalization of the
international green verified and certified technology, product and companies such as waste
recycling plant etc.
13. 폐기물 자원화 처리장치 등 국제녹색검증,인증(IO-WGCA IGC)된 기술, 상품, 기업의 세계화에
협조한다.
13. 废弃物资源化处理装置等 为了国际绿色验证.认证(IO-WGCA IGC)的技术, 商品,企业的世界化而
协助。
14. ‘Party A’ and ‘Party B’ will support and cooperate each other in operation of Green
Association of Commodity Exchanges and Green Futures Exchange of IO-WGCA.
14. IO-WGCA 녹색상품거래소 운영에 관하여 상호협조 한다.
14. 对IO-WGCA的绿色商品交易所的运营进行相互协助。
15. ‘Party A’ and ‘Party B’ will support and cooperate each other in the environmentallyfriendly agriculture advancement business(Smart city, Smart farm, Organic agricultural
production)
15. 친환경 농업 선진화 사업(스마트팜, 유기농 농산품 생산)에 협조한다.
15. 环保农业先进化项目（智能绿色，有机农业农产品的生产）进行协助。
16. ‘Party A’ and ‘Party B’ will support and cooperate each other in the construction of
infrastructure projects and green distribution(Rail, Road, Airport, Port etc.)
16. 건설인프라사업 녹색물류(철도, 도로, 공항, 항만)에 협조한다.
16. 建设基础项目绿色物流（铁道，公路，机场，港湾）进行协助。
17. ‘Party A’ and ‘Party B’ will support and cooperate each other in construction of green
city(Energy self-reliant city, Environmentally friendly development etc.)
17. 녹색도시 건설(에너지 자립도시, 친환경 도시)에 협조한다.
17. 绿色城市建设（能源自立城市，环保城市）进行协助。
18. ‘Party A’ and ‘Party B’ will support and cooperate each other in establishment of the green
financial complex(Global bank)
18. 녹색금융 단지(IO-WGCA글로벌뱅크)에 협조한다.
18. 绿色金融小区（IO-WGCA全球银行）进行协助。
19. ‘Party A’ and ‘Party B’ will support and cooperate each other in establishment the green
education complex(Global university, Institute of technology and graduate school, Institute of
environment and graduate school etc.)
19. 녹색교육 단지(대학, 공과대학.대학원, 환경대학.대학원)에 협조한다.
19. 绿色教育小区（大学，工科大学.大学院，环境大学.大学院）进行协助。
20. ‘Party A’ and ‘Party B’ will support and cooperate each other in establishment of green
medical complex(Hospital, Healing Center etc.)
20. 녹색의료 단지(병원, 힐링치유센터)에 협조한다.
20. 绿色医疗小区（医院，治愈中心）进行协助。
The validity of this agreement begins upon signing. And It is considered to be applied to all
countries that able to communicate by Internet through the World Declaration
본 협약서의 효력은 서명 날인과 동시에 시작되며, 전 세계 선언을 통하여 인터넷 등 통신이
되는 모든 국가는 적용된 것으로 본다.
本协议书从签字.盖章起生效。通过全世界宣言被视为以适用于所有网络等可通信的国家。
Others which are not recorded shall be recognized and promoted as public affairs of joint work
for the organic and inorganic matters of the earth and universe after consultation.
기타 기록에 없는 건에 대해서는 협의 후 IO-WGCA 헌법과 관련법률에 따라 이 지구와 우주 유
무기체를 위한 공통된 공무로 인정하여 추진하기로 한다.
对于其他没有记录的事项，通过协商后根据‘IO-WGCA宪法’及法律，为了地球和宇宙的有无气体，认证为共同的公务来促进。
