马汉跃，斋号借山堂。国家艺术基金评审专家，国家民族画院顾问，一级美术师，"天堂红"艺术创始人。中国文化管理协会文化产业工作委员会会长，中国书画收藏家协会艺术品鉴定与评估委员会主任，中国行为法学会新经济法治委员会副主任，中国楹联学会理事、书画艺术委员会副主任，中国国家画院访问学者，中国作家协会会员，中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员，中国文艺评论家协会会员，山东省国画院副院长。先后就读于中央美术学院、中国国家画院。历任《文艺报》中国书画博览专刊主编、《中国书画博览》杂志总编辑、人民日报出版社艺术中心主任、北京大学名家工作室导师、中国人民大学继续教育学院中国画研究院院长、特聘教授等。
