中新网央媒济宁讯 ：（记者林存正）2026年4月18日上午，第二届山东（嘉祥）国际冰雪服饰博览会专场暨济宁市纺织服装专场对接活动在山东新高地创新智慧产业园隆重开幕。
本次盛会活动为期三天，举办时间为2026年4月18日至20日。大会由中国食品土畜进出口商会昆虫蛋白产业分会秘书长胡建党主持，各级领导、国内外嘉宾、行业专家、知名客商代表齐聚嘉祥，共商冰雪服饰产业高质量发展大计，共绘纺织服装产业转型升级与对外开放合作新蓝图。

俄罗斯纺织服装生产和流通协会主席米哈伊尔·奥丁佐夫、美国美南山东商会副会长、美国安迪拉投资有限公司副总裁靳燕先后作为境外嘉宾致辞发言，高度赞赏嘉祥冰雪服饰产业完善的产业链配套和雄厚的产业基础，充分看好嘉祥纺织服装产业国际化发展前景，并将持续深化与意大利、日本等国家和地区的经贸往来、订单合作与产业双向交流，携手开拓全球冰雪服饰大市场。
产业报告与招商推介环节务实精准、干货满满。嘉祥县手套业协会会长陈建华作冰雪运动服饰产业发展专题报告，全面分析当前冰雪服饰产业市场形势、行业趋势、产品研发方向及未来发展布局，为行业高质量发展提供专业参考。济宁市会展业协会会长、嘉祥县青年创业协会会长、山东新高地创新智慧产业园有限公司总经理陈凤良作园区及产业招商专项推介，详细介绍嘉祥营商环境、园区承载优势、产业扶持政策和合作发展空间，诚邀海内外客商投资嘉祥、兴业嘉祥、共赢发展。

News Release On April 19, 2026, the 2nd Shandong (Jiaxiang) International Ice & Snow Apparel Expo and Jining Textile & Garment Matchmaking Event grandly opened at the Shandong New Highland Innovation & Smart Industrial Park. The event lasts for three days, from April 19 to 21, 2026. Hosted by Hu Jiandang, Secretary-General of the Insect Protein Industry Branch of China Chamber of Commerce of Foodstuffs and Native Produce & Animal By-Products Importers & Exporters, the event brought together government leaders, domestic and foreign guests, industry experts, and renowned merchants to discuss high-quality development of the ice and snow apparel industry and draw a new blueprint for transformation, upgrading and international cooperation of the textile and garment industry.

In the opening ceremony, leaders and overseas guests delivered speeches one after another. Qian Keming, Member of the Standing Committee of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Deputy Director of the Committee of Education, Science, Health and Sports; Zhang Guoliang, Second-Class Inspector of Department of Commerce of Shandong Province; Dong Bing, Member of the Standing Committee of Jining Municipal Party Committee and Director of Publicity Department; Fan Qingxian, Secretary of Jiaxiang County Party Committee addressed the event respectively. Mikhail Odintsov, Chairman of Russian Association of Textile and Garment Production and Circulation, and Jin Yan, Vice President of Shandong Chamber of Commerce in the Southern United States and Vice President of US Andira Investment Co., Ltd., delivered speeches as overseas guests. They spoke highly of Jiaxiang's complete industrial chain and strong industrial foundation, expressed full optimism about the international development prospects of Jiaxiang's textile and garment industry, and pledged to deepen economic and trade exchanges, order cooperation and two-way industrial communication with Italy, Japan and other countries and regions to jointly explore the global ice and snow apparel market.
In the industrial report and investment promotion session, Chen Jianhua, President of Jiaxiang Gloves Industry Association, delivered a special report on the development of ice and snow sportswear industry, comprehensively analyzing market situation, industrial trends, R&D direction and future layout. Chen Fengliang, President of Jining Exhibition Industry Association, President of Jiaxiang Youth Entrepreneurship Association and General Manager of Shandong New Highland Innovation & Smart Industrial Park Co., Ltd., made a special promotion on the park and industrial investment, introducing Jiaxiang's business environment, industrial support policies and cooperation space, sincerely inviting merchants at home and abroad to invest and develop in Jiaxiang.
A grand awarding ceremony was held at the event. Subsequently, the launching ceremony of the 2nd Shandong (Jiaxiang) International Ice & Snow Apparel Expo and Jining Textile & Garment Matchmaking Event was officially held. Leaders and distinguished guests including Qian Keming, Hu Suojin, Xu Xiaohu, Zhang Bifang, Zhang Guoliang, Dong Bing, Fan Qingxian, Li Yuzhou, Zuo Zhenyu, Liu Ning, Yao Xingxue and Chen Fengliang stepped onto the stage and touched the large screen together. With warm applause, the event was officially launched.
As a famous and largest ski gloves production base in northern China, Jiaxiang boasts a solid foundation, complete industrial chain and prominent cluster advantages in ice and snow apparel. With a total exhibition area of 15,000 square meters, the expo brings together more than 230 high-quality enterprises, 75 domestic and foreign chambers of commerce and associations, and more than 50 overseas professional purchasers. During the event, a series of activities including product exhibition, supply-demand matching, trade negotiation, technical exchange, investment promotion and brand promotion will be held, building a professional, market-oriented and international platform for the ice and snow apparel industry.
