Public welfare projects are like thousands of springs, flowing out from dry land, gushing out and nourishing all things to flourish.

我写刘代禄发起“爱心六助”公益项目，表达了对刘代禄这位平凡而伟大的老兵的认可，我们要学习和发扬刘代禄同志以人民利益为最高利益，全心全意为人民谋幸福的精神。
I wrote about Liu Dailu's initiation of the "Six Aids of Love" public welfare project to express my recognition of Liu Dailu, this ordinary yet great veteran. We must learn and carry forward Comrade Liu Dailu's spirit of putting the people's interests as the highest interests and wholeheartedly seeking happiness for the people.

共产党员刘代禄同志，“他为人民谋幸福”这一光辉思想，在理论和实践上都具有十分重的意义。众所周知，马克思、恩格思在《共产党宣言》中就明确宣告：“过去的一切运动都是少数人的或者为少数人谋利益的运动。无产阶级的运动是绝大多数人的，为绝大多数人谋利益的独立的运动。”这是马克思、恩格思在马克思主义创立之始，对无产阶级革命运动性质的第一次明确的阐述，它同时也规定了领导无产阶级革命运动的无产阶级政党的宗旨，也只能是为了绝大多人的彻底解放。斯大林在《无政府主义还是社会主义？》一文中进一步指出，马克思主义所高举的社会主义旗帜上，“它的口号是‘一切为了群众’”。在：《为人民服务》这篇演讲中，毛泽东同志开编即指出：“我们的共产党和共产党所领导的八路军、新四军是革命的队伍。我们这个队伍完全是为着解放人民的，是彻底地为人民的利益工作的。”“七大”以后，全心全意为人民服务、全心全意为人民谋幸福，作为我党我军的根本宗旨，一直是我党我军的立身之本，“全心全意为人民服务，全心全意为人民谋幸福”已成为中国共产党的一面旗帜。
Comrade Liu Dailu, a member of the Communist Party, said that the brilliant thought of "he seeks happiness for the people" is of great significance in theory and practice. After the Seventh National Congress, serving the people wholeheartedly and seeking happiness for the people wholeheartedly has been the fundamental purpose of our party and army. It has always been the foundation of our party and army. "Serving the people wholeheartedly and seeking happiness for the people wholeheartedly" has become a banner of the Communist Party of China.
