孔明之夜

在龙年的正月初六傍晚，我和散步的伙伴一如既往地打着伞在雨中漫步。突然，我的伙伴兴奋地喊道：“杨老师，你看，今天的月亮就出来了！”
我顺着他手指的方向望去，却发现那并非月亮，而是别人放飞的孔明灯。出于好奇，我连忙用手机捕捉下了这美丽的画面。
在春雨的轻抚下，这盏孔明灯犹如一盏温暖的灯笼，在夜色中显得格外醒目。它缓缓上升，承载着无数人的思念和祝福，让人不禁为之动容。
然而，在繁华的城市中，孔明灯的放飞并不是随处可见的景象。出于安全和环保的考虑，许多城市对孔明灯的放飞进行了限制或禁止。这让我更加珍惜这次偶遇孔明灯的机会。
看着这盏孔明灯在夜空中渐行渐远，我不禁陷入了沉思。这盏灯是否是由一个即将离乡的人所放？他是否正站在异乡的土地上，仰望这盏灯，将自己的思念和祝福寄托其中，希望它能照亮自己前行的道路，也传递给他远方的家人？

Night of Kongming Lantern
On the sixth evening of the first month of the Lunar New Year of the Dragon, my walking companion and I, as usual, walked under the rain with umbrellas. Suddenly, my companion excitedly pointed out, "Mr. Yang, look, the moon has already come out today!"
I looked in the direction he pointed and discovered that it was not the moon, but a Kongming lantern released by someone else. Curious, I quickly captured this beautiful scene with my phone.
Under the gentle touch of the spring rain, this Kongming lantern resembled a warm lantern, standing out in the night sky. It rose slowly, carrying countless thoughts and wishes of people, making one's heart move involuntarily.
However, in the bustling city, the release of Kongming lanterns is not a common sight. Due to safety and environmental concerns, many cities have restricted or banned the release of Kongming lanterns. This made me cherish this encounter with the Kongming lantern even more.
As the Kongming lantern gradually disappeared into the night sky, I couldn't help but ponder. Was this lantern released by someone who was about to leave their hometown? Was he standing on foreign soil, looking up at this lantern, placing his thoughts and wishes in it, hoping it would light his path ahead and convey them to his faraway family?
This speculation evoked an indescribable emotion in me. Those migrant workers who leave their hometowns, they silently sacrifice in the corners of the city, striving for the happiness of their families. The Kongming lantern has become a special bond between them and their hometown, carrying their emotions and wishes.
Despite the restrictions on the release of Kongming lanterns in the city, we are still fortunate to appreciate the beauty of this traditional custom. Let us cherish these opportunities, feeling the stories and emotions behind the Kongming lanterns. At the same time, let us also pay more attention and support to those migrant workers who struggle for a better life.
