陈桂芳，湖北汉川市人，中共党员，大学本科，从事中学教学工作，现已退休。乐于助人奉献，现为社区在做一些社会性服务工作，喜欢唱歌跳舞，喜欢文学。愿与智者同行，不断努力学习提升，让生命之花继续绽放。

Chen Guifang, a native of Hanchuan City, Hubei Province, a member of the Communist Party of China,  bachelor's degree, she is engaged in middle school teaching and is now retired. She is willing to help others, and she is doing some social service work for the community. She likes singing, dancing and literature. She would like to walk with the wise, keep working hard to learn and improve, and let the flower of life continue to bloom.

天刚蒙蒙亮

小鸟已叽叽喳喳叫个不停

唤醒了梦中的我

我迎着暖暖的晨光

开始了我的晨练

河堤上

早已有了许多晨练徒步的人

徒步的人举着小红旗

脸上贴着小五星

时而喊着口令

时而唱着嘹亮的歌

昂着头挺着胸

你追我赶

好一道靓丽的风景

河边的垂柳

频频向晨练的人点头迎送

在微风中优雅地摇曳着

倒映在河水中妩媚动人

蓝天白云轻风吹拂

送来一缕缕清香

沁人心脾

我走在河边

哼唱着  走在乡间的小路上

忽见不远处

有一垂钓老翁

手持魚杆稳坐钓鱼台

河中浮标一点红

这时忽见浮标颤了颤

好似魚儿已上钩

我屏住呼吸

生怕惊扰了钩上的鱼

老翁轻轻提起鱼杆

真有魚儿

我忙着喝彩

老翁对我说  

谢谢你  给带来开门红

晨光漫步好不惬意

河岸美景尽收

诚邀朋友共赏

云朵，本名宋仙云，【海外诗译社】副社长兼中文主播；天津某国企退休干部。曾在大型国企从事过多年电视播音、编辑工作，经常担任各类活动的主持。2018年参加滨海新区巅峰朗诵大赛获得组合类一等奖。

Yun Duo, whose real name is Song Xianyun, is a Chinese anchor of “Overseas Phoenix Poetry Translation society”；a retired cadre of a state-owned enterprise in Tianjin.  She has been engaged in TV broadcasting and editing work in large state-owned enterprises for many years, and often served as the host of various activities.  In 2018, she participated in the Binhai New Area Peak Recitation Competition and won the first prize in the combination category.
