叶迪生，祖籍广东梅州市梅县区，生于南非。南开大学物理系毕业。三次获天津市特等劳动模范称号。曾任天津市副市长等。中共十四大代表，第七届全国人大代表。YE Disheng, born in South Africa, whose ancestral home was Meixian District, Meizhou, Guangdong Province. He graduated from the Physics Department of Nankai University and won the title of Tianjin Special Model Worker three times.
