上天的使者
在空中跳着优美的舞蹈
慢慢地飘落
升腾为云
飞舞成花
大自然的精灵
以晶莹剔透的白
为新岁奉献一幅
江山如此多娇
雪花踏千年雅韵
舞时光烂漫
万象一色
雪姑娘牵着冬的衣袖
轻轻盈盈地向我们走来
赏一场浪漫的雪景
给人生增添诗情画意
雪花挂枝头
犹如梨花开
给生活增添绚丽色彩

Snowflake
Is an angel of heaven
Dancing beautifully in the air
Slowly falling
Ascend to cloud
Flying into flowers
You are a spirit of nature
In crystal clear white
Dedicate a piece for the new year
The country is so beautiful
Snowflakes are stepping on the millennium elegant rhyme
dance time
Everything under the sun is one colour
Snow Maiden holding winter’s sleeve
Comes to us lightly
And gives people a romantic snow scene
Plus adds poetry to life
Snowflakes hanging on branches
Like a pear blossom
Add brilliant colours to the world

任诚刚，英语教授。1989年毕业于美国康科迪亚大学。系威斯康星大学研究生、旅居美国十四年。1998年回国在云南农业大学外语学院担任教学与测试室主任、云南省翻译工作者协会理事、研究生高级文学翻译等课程教学。发表论文50余篇。出版《韵译天安门诗抄100首》《英韵周恩来朱德及陈毅诗选五十首》等译著。
Ren Chenggang，professor of English, graduated from Concordia University US in 1989. He was a graduate student in University of Wisconsin and lived in the United States for 14 years. In 1998, he returned to China and worked at the College of Foreign Languages, Yunnan Agricultural University, serving as the director of the Teaching and Testing Office and is a council member of the Yunnan Translators Association. Teaching Advanced Lilterary Translation and other courses. He has published more than 50 papers. Translation books as rhymed versions of 100 Poems of Tiananmen and 50 selected poems by Zhou Enlai, Zhu De and Chen Yi etc.
