People’d hang mugwort and cattail of the herb grass①
Fly paper kites, eat Zongzi plus race Dragon boating②.
By the Miluo River the cold wind blows, trees rustling
As mourning QU Yuan, the patriotic poet of top class!
Notes:
1 Mugwort and calamus are both herbs, which can send out a unique aroma. On the Dragon Boat Festival people hang these herbs on the door has symbolic significance that folk believe that it can effectively drive away mosquitoes and exorcise evil spirits, and indicates the family health and a good luck in a year.
2 That on the Dragon Boat Festival Day people fly paper kite is to pray for the elimination of disaster. Eating zongzi（a kind of rice dumpling）, racing dragon boat races and other customs is to commemorate the great patriotic poet Qu Yuan. In his later years, Qu Yuan, seeing the Chu State, his motherland, increasingly weak and about to be destroyed by the Qin State, could not display his ambition to serve his State. He was so worried as to throw himself into the Miluo River.
作者简介：
韦光延，网名德者恒得，广西桂林人，毕业于广西师范大学汉语言文学专业，爱好文学、诗词鉴赏与书法，热衷于古人类石器收藏和文化遗产的传播展览，曾在学校、政府部门和企事业单位供职，任中学语文教师，广西民俗摄影协会会员，发表诗歌散文和新闻报道多篇，现在桂林从事旅游工作，二级研学旅行指导师。目前已整理多篇诗作归入《不见•相见》诗集拟出版。
诗译者简介：
吴伟雄，广东新会人，英语译审。2011年中国译协授予“资深翻译家”荣誉证书。在《中国翻译》，《中国科技翻译》和《上海翻译》发文16篇，出版编著5本。2005年在中国译协和桂林市人民政府合办的“桂林山水甲天下”名句国际译文征集活动中获连珠三奖：优秀奖（第一名），入围奖和鼓励奖。
Mr. WU Weixiong，native of Xinhui, Guangdong, China, is a Prof. of Translation (English). He was member of the 4th and 5th Councils of the TAC (1998-2009), and awarded the TAC Certificate of Honor of Senior Translator in 2011. He has published 16 papers in three core journals for translation in China and 6 books on translation. He won three awards, EXCELLENT（first place）, MERIT and ACHIEVEMENT, in the international CALL FOR TRANSLATIONS OF THE NOTED SAYING “桂林山水甲天下”organized by Guilin Municipal Government and the TAC in 2005.

黄沁哲，广西桂林人。毕业于于武汉音乐学院音乐表演专业，爱好音乐，文学与诗歌鉴赏，热衷于中国传统民间音乐艺术及传播展演。现就读于武汉音乐学院音乐表演古筝专业研究生一年级。多次参加国内大型古筝演奏比赛并获得奖项，参加国韵长天-中国器乐专场音乐会、2017年“中华之魅”中国器乐专场第二届弹拨周开幕音乐会等的演奏项目，2018年1月份曾作为嘉宾参加桂林市古筝协会主办“2018年迎新春古筝专场演奏会”。同年二月在桂林成功举办个人独奏音乐会。2019年获得学院杯优秀奖，第14届新加坡中新国际音乐比赛开放作品组金奖。
