幽兰，本名（张红霞），湖北监利人，内科副主任医师，中华文学协会会员，湖北省作家协会会员。作品散见于国内各种文学期刊及网络平台，《朝圣延安》获《中华文学》2017年度诗歌三等奖，《每一位天使都是大慈大悲的好模样》2018年获陕西省慈善协会优秀慈善诗歌二等奖，《忧伤的水牛》2019获麋鹿文学散文提名奖，著有诗集《在水一方》。

是谁的一支利箭 

射中了你的翅膀 

飘落一地的不是羽毛 

是落英缤纷的梦想 

Whose sharp arrow is it

shot you on your wings

It's not feathers that falling down

It's a dream as fallen flowers

离群的孤鸟啊 

失去了比翼齐飞的约定 

失去了白云悠悠的缱绻 

失去了高山流水的仰慕 

就这样，跌落在滚滚红尘中

You Lonely bird missed the flock

Missing the promise to fly together

Missing the lingering of white cloud

Missing the admiration of mountains and rivers

Just in this way, you fall into the rolling red dust

我知道，繁华拥挤的世界里 

你的灵魂再已找不到栖息之地 

我的一丝怜悯，无法温暖你心底的苍茫

I know that in the bustling and crowded world

Your soul could no longer find a place to rest

My sympathy is not able to warm the helplessness in your heart 

梦里枕着忧伤 

眼睛渴望着蓝天 

你声声地悲鸣 

惊动了苍穹的明月 

唤醒了遥远的星星

sadness in dream

Your eyes are longing for the blue sky

You cry sadly again and again

Shocking the bright moon in the vast sky

wake up the stars far far away

我相信，终会有一双善良的手 

抚慰你的伤口，让你突破无边的黑暗 

重新展翅飞翔

I believe that finally there will be a pair of kind hands

Soothe your wounds, make you break through the boundless darkness

And spread your wings to fly again
