Dressed in a white tunic
sunbeams embroidered
and bare feet
along the river I walk.
Dressed in a golden tunic
above the stars I rose.
Dressed in a red tunic
I tasted passion over the centuries.

in the circle of heaven

in the blonde cornfields.

【斯马拉格迪·米特罗普洛（Smaragdi Mitropoulou），希腊著名女诗人，生于雅典。曾在雅典大学进修历史和考古学，后在英国卡迪夫大学攻读历史研究生。现她在中学工作。
英国曼彻斯特作家局学院（Writers'Bureau College）的创意写作专业毕业生（创意写作文凭），还曾在国际戏剧学院进修戏剧写作，并在蒂诺斯岛文化基金会（Foundation of Culture）担任导演。她是希腊文学作品协会和五大洲希腊作家协会的会员。
曾两次获得拉里尼文文学奖（“幻想”小说类）。目前为止，共出版了四本书，并在希腊出版发行。其中一本《瞬间便是永恒》已被翻译成英文，并于2020年由英国Ontime图书公司出版。】
