From my hands that embrace you,
serene movements arise,
like lovers who without sleep are heading to be eternal.
Hands that draw wings,
hands of a caged goddess,
unleashed springs,
hands of unusual whiteness.
Doves are with brushes that project the wants,
and outline poppies with their strokes that leave lights on in their charm.
My butterfly hands,
dressing their water with colors,
melt with love and chain with forgetfulness.
Hands that twitch with cold,
hands that are bracelets of the soul,
with laughter or calm, enamor the senses.
Pure and sweetened hands discover me at dawn and let me be reborn ...
我手
自我 拥抱你的手上，
温柔的动作闪现，
仿似 无眠的恋人 走向了永恒。
勾画翅膀的手呵，
仿似 殿中女神的手，
弹性十足，
异常白净。
鸽子 用画笔投射着欲望，
勾勒出 罂粟的轮廓，
使之 魅力涌动。
我的 蝴蝶般的手呵，
让水 带上了颜色，
用爱去融化 用遗忘去尘封。
冻得抽搐的手呵，
就是是灵魂的手镯，
带着 欢笑或平静，
游走于 知觉的风中。
纯洁甜美的手 在黎明处 望我，
让我 顿感重生……
（2）I am rock
He founded me on your water,
which comes after the stormy and brutal tide.
You hit,
I absorb you in my pores and you slowly enter,
I drink you, I perspire you, and then you go.
But I am rock,
immovable I wait for you and I see your fury arrive and enter again,
without prior notice you are in me,
to oxygenate me and give me life.
I am a rock,
I am based on your madness,
and your holy water is impregnated in me,
accumulating traces of a spring that does not end.
I see you walk away,
I will wait for your next arrival and just as if you were the moon at dawn,
I will continue to be a rock to dawn and wake up at every moment in your gaze ...
我 石也
他在你-水中 得到了我，
是 狂风暴雨之后。
你 拍过我，
我把你 吸进我的毛孔，
你慢慢地渗透，
我消化了你 然后排出，
然后 你就轻轻地走。
但是 我 石也，
我等着你 再次愤怒地拍来，
无有预告 入我体内，
给我氧气 增我阳寿。
我 石也，
屹立于 你的怒涛之后。
你的圣洁 将我浸透，
不断累积 春的痕嗅。
我望你 傻傻地奔走，
等你 下次的邂逅。
就作你是 黎明前的月光，
而我 将继续是黎明中的石头，
于你每刻的凝视 复苏、开口……
（3）My soul rhymes
My soul rhymes
The voice of love inspires me,
it is not the greatness of my words,
but the emotion with which they are said.
My soul vibrates and my heart rhymes in poetry.
Sighs, smiles, loves, sadness and great fears were said,
they echoed in my being,
and the essence and magnificence of poetry.
They formed sentences,
made rhymes, took shape.
Like caresses that interwoven amaceres,
today they form a breeze and dazzled your smile,
moving seas and courting the Monalisa like minstrels who go and carry the new lyres.
My soul rhymes in poetry,
it awakened dead beings and flowers,
they have been reborn,
sparks still arose from the fire and the ashes,
because there were words that were expressed and that managed to move the soul and awaken passions and new dreams in the depth of your eyes .
魂韵
魂韵，
是爱的声音在促成，
而非我 言语的强大，
只是 借他们表达感情。
我的 灵魂在颤动，
魂韵 藏在诗中。
六欲七情，
在我身上回响，
哦 这就是诗歌的精髓和萌动。
以它们造句，
押韵、成形。
就像把爱抚 交织一起，
而当今日 它们蔚然成风，
眩目于 你的微笑之中，
瞬动的海洋 共追求蒙娜丽莎的感觉，
更像 带着七弦琴的 吟游诗人的行动。
魂韵，
唤醒了死去的生命和花苞，
她们 再次重生，
火光与灰烬中 冒出丝丝的热烈，
因词句 被表现出来，
它们 能够触碰灵魂，
唤醒你 双眸深处的 梦想与激情。

维罗妮卡·瓦拉德兹·洛佩斯（Verónica Valadez López），原籍美国旧金山，后移居墨西哥瓜纳华托。传播科学学士和教育学硕士学历。在Diario A.M.从事了25年的记者工作；杂志“Amigos”的创作者和编辑。
曾两次获得墨西哥新闻界的“金太阳奖”，并先后获得阿根廷布宜诺斯艾利斯朱宁2019年第64届国际诗歌和故事大赛的荣誉奖并入围决、阿根廷《2019年世界文学》选集奖、阿根廷韦纳多诗歌奖、西班牙“皮拉尔诗歌奖”、2019年马德里第五届国际诗歌节“教师作家”奖、秘鲁2020年国际短篇小说和诗歌比赛-诗歌奖。
被西班牙文学协会任命为向日葵女诗人大使，哈萨克斯坦世界民族作家联盟成员、摩洛哥和墨西哥国际创意与人文论坛荣誉博士、世界文学学术委员会成员等。
