我愿做一只鸟儿

飞上你的枝头足驻

用你的枝叶 

筑一个温煦的窝巢

就像醉在你的怀抱 

伴你赏五彩的霞光炫目

如果你是一棵树

我愿做一株小草 依偎你生长常驻

吮吸你滴下的甘露 

缠绕你的左右

陪你舒展身姿伴你如梦

我愿化作阳光缕缕

把你照耀

让你永远不乏生命的能量

I would rather be a bird flying onto your branches, 

building a cozy nest, 

snuggling in your arms as if drunk,

and appreciating colorful dazzling rays with you.

If you were a tree I would rather be little grass,

nestling under your branches and leaves,

growing by sucking your dripping dew, 

twining around you, 

and accompanying you stretching into a dream.

If you were a tree 

I would rather be sunlight,

shining you continuously each and every day

and keeping you infused with energy of life forever.

If you were a tree 

I would rather be your dappled shade,

accompanying you clear of dreariness 

each and every night.

and counting stars romantically at all seasons.
